Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be in original, unopened packaging. All returns require a receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Personalized & Engraved Ornaments
Because each personalized Mother's Angels® ornament is handcrafted just for you with custom engraving, these items are made-to-order and truly one-of-a-kind. We pour extra care into every detail to make them as meaningful as possible, which means our standard refund policy has a few important exceptions:
- Personalized and engraved ornaments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable — once we've started production or engraving, we can't accept changes, cancellations, or returns.
- We engrave exactly what you submit, so please double-check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and everything else before placing your order.
- If we have questions or need clarification on your personalization (to ensure it turns out beautifully), we'll reach out right away — please respond within 24 hours so we can keep your order moving smoothly. If we don't hear back, we may need to cancel the personalization portion with a full refund to avoid any issues.
- We reserve the right to decline any personalization request (for example, if it includes copyrighted, trademarked, or branded content) — in those cases, we'll issue a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
A credit (minus original shipping charges) will be issued to the original method of payment for all qualifying refunds.
Absolutely no returns or refunds on gift cards or personalized items. All sales final.
Late or Missing Refunds
We issue all approved refunds promptly, but then it's no longer in our control. Here are suggested steps to take if you are concerned about your refund:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale Items
Sale items are non returnable or refundable.
Exchanges
No exchanges are permitted.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is requested, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
