One simple purchase protects your entire order — up to $300 of product (retail value). That’s coverage for every piece in your cart. If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll replace the affected item(s) or refund you if they’re out of stock or no longer available.

What’s not covered:
- ❌ Packages sent to the wrong address due to a checkout typo
- ❌ Late arrivals (we’re artists, not time wizards!)

- ❌ Claims filed after 7 days from the expected delivery date
Filing a claim:
If shipping throws a curveball, reach out to us with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll take it from there — and may ask for photos of any damage to help us improve in the future!
