Not quite sure how to apply your discount code? We're here to help! Please review the instructions below. If you're still stuck or the discount code isn't working, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to apply a discount.
But first, please take a moment to ensure that you are using the same email to checkout that the promotion code is tied to. Also, be sure that the item(s) that are being purchased are eligible to receive a discount (this will be stated in the product listing).
Using PayPal?
We've heard from several customers who use PayPal that when the screen switches over briefly from our website to PayPal to verify their account, the amount on the screen changes once on the PayPal screen. Please know that this is outside of our control and you may need to contact PayPal about this inconsistency if it is a concern. However in our experience, once a customer verifies their PayPal information and it switches back to our website, the final correct amount is shown. This is also what is charged when placing the order.
