Yes, we make sand dollar angels, and this one is a favorite with beach lovers. This Mother's Angels® angel holds a white sand dollar with its five-petal star, resting on aqua sea glass, framed by pearly white wings.

Remember the thrill of finding a whole one at low tide, cradled in your palm like treasure? An old legend says the sand dollar carries the Christian story. The five-petal flower on top is said to be an Easter lily, with the star of Bethlehem at its center, and its five openings are said to be the five wounds of Christ. Break one open, the legend goes, and five little doves of peace fly free. No need to break one: she holds the story for you, and the real ones can stay on the beach.

Sand dollars stand for rebirth. She's a sweet gift for a beach house, a coastal tree, an Easter basket, or someone who misses a loved one who loved the shore.

Size: Mother's Angels® are approximately 3.5" tall, 3.25" wide, and 3/8" thick, small enough to rest in the palm of your hand.

  • Handcrafted in Texas. Natural variations in the wood grain, knots and texture mean no two ornaments are exactly alike.
  • Materials: Sapele plywood veneer, Acrylic (inspired by stained glass, but considerably more durable), MDF, Decorative string
  • A meaningful gift for every moment: a memorial gift for the loss of a mother, father, grandparent or loved one; sympathy for miscarriage, pregnancy and infant loss; rainbow baby and birthday gifts; graduation and Mother's Day gifts; and keepsake Christmas presents.
  • Ornament stand not included. Mother's Angels® have flat bases, so they stand on their own!
  • Revolving base not included. It's shown only to give a 360° view of the angel.

Earth angels make beautiful angels

This is just one of six angels that I have ordered so far. They are all so beautiful but this one definitely steals the show for me since my Mom is one of Heaven’s best angels and she loves sand dollars. Quality is impeccable!
